Life is full of uncertainties and some
of these seem to nibble away at your
self-assurance during August 19, 20.
The family or domestic environment

It is easy to become disoriented for a
little while as Taurus pursues their goals
on Tuesday and Wednesday. Your natural
emotional outlook on life is greatly
emphasised during August 20-23, finding
expression in your mannerisms, words
Gemini tends to lack confidence in
dealing with people in authoritative
positions during Tuesday and
Wednesday. You need to be certain of
your facts before interacting with them.
The need for security is particularly
strong for Gemini during Wednesday to
Confusion is a feature of August 19,
20 as lines of communication become
crossed. It's easier to lose your way
when travelling, lose paper work, or
misunderstand others then. Your fluid
personality is strongly influenced by
the Moon in your sun sign during August
Tuesday and Wednesday see Leo lose
contact with financial realities, not
necessarily of their own making. Leos
tend to be very emotional over aspects
of their private life or personal problems
during August 20-23.
Misunderstandings can easily occur
in partnerships during Tuesday and
Wednesday as people are on two totally
different planes of thought. Virgoan
natives feel the depth of life through
their friendships and social interactions
during August 20-23.
A tendency to feel unwell or low in energy,
without understanding the cause, seems
to be an issue for Libra on Tuesday and
Wednesday. This situation affects your
capacity to work. In many ways, your
life is like an open book. This is the case
regularly, with August 20-23 promoting
such natural tendencies: you can use this
to your advantage in your career.
Tuesday and Wednesday are not the best
days for speculation as expectations
are distorted beyond all proportion. It
would also be wise for parents to keep
a closer eye on their children then. You
can benefit through relationships and
experiences that feed your soul with this
vital nutrient during August 20-23.
Tuesday and Wednesday are days when
you want to ensure security and safety
measures are adequate at home. Absent-
mindedness needs to be kept in check.
Emotions tend to be your Achilles' heel,
with such vibes being strongly resonant
during August 20-23.
The wheels tend to come off Capricorn's
plans during Tuesday and Wednesday,
forcing modifications. You need to be
more realistic and focussed as you
go about your daily routines. You will
realise the importance of the softening
influence of human contact during
An imbalance in the budget could create
moments of anxiety during Tuesday and
Wednesday. There are many ways you
can keep yourself busy during August
20-23 and, in so doing, provide yourself
with essential human contact.
Pisceans tend to get lost in their
imagination during Tuesday and
Wednesday, which might be okay for
creative work but not for dealing with
the daily realities of life.

Director Luc Besson has set out to
make a film that delves into the
philosophical and highly refined
notion of the ultimate evolution of
human beings and the mindboggling
possibilities that could occur if
humans were able to use 100 per cent
of their brainpower.
Through an unfortunate
circumstance, Lucy finds she has had
a bag of a new designer drug, CPH 4,
surgically implanted into her
abdomen. Through another
unfortunate circumstance, the bag
bursts and the drug surges through her
body cells, transforming her into a
super-heightened human capable of
using her full cranial capacity.
Her name, Lucy, echoes that of a
significant early human female fossil
found in Ethiopia. Just as
anthropological Lucy was the
forebear of modern humans, modern

Don't get too carried away with
overly intellectual ideas about Lucy.
What ensues involves a lot of cruelty,
blood, violence, and surgical
procedures done without anaesthetic.
The villains, epitomised by the
cruel Mr Jang, who implanted the
drugs in Lucy, exist to accumulate
power by any brutal means. They treat
human life as a meaningless
commodity to trade and then discard.
The benevolent scientists, headed
by evolutionary visionary professor
Norman, represent the upper echelons
of human endeavour.
It's all shown as a proposition of
extremes. Mr Jang and his butchers'
primitive behaviour contrasts with
Lucy's omniscient ethereal presence.
We are either remorseless monsters or
an advanced cosmic consciousness.
In the end, the philosophical
musings are rudimentary.

filmmaking basics and crude editing

propaganda films to make a point
about the predatory nature of human

MUPPETS MOST WANTED
This film takes the entire Muppets
gang on a global tour, selling out grand
theatres in some of Europe's most
exciting destinations, including Berlin,
Madrid and London. But mayhem
follows the Muppets overseas, as they
find themselves unwittingly entangled
in an international crime caper headed
by Constantine -- the world's No. 1
criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit --
and his dastardly sidekick Dominic.
THE TRIP TO ITALY
Rob Brydon has been commissioned
by a newspaper to go on a driving
tour of Italy from Liguria to Capri,
partly following in the footsteps of
the great Romantic poets. He asks his
old friend Steve Coogan to go with
him. As they journey through the
beautiful Italian countryside they talk
about life, relationships and their
careers while stopping at wonderful
restaurants and hotels along the way.
THESE FINAL HOURS
It's the last day on Earth, 12 hours
before a cataclysmic event will end
life as we know it. A troubled young
man named James makes his way
across a lawless and chaotic city to
the party to end all parties. However,
along the way he ends up saving the
life of a little girl named Rose,
desperately searching for her father.
Stuck with the unexpected burden
of responsibility, James is forced to
come to terms with what really
matters in life.
