HEART AND SOUL SINGERS
Are delighted to announce that Chrissie Shaw is now
their full-time director. Chrissie is well known as
director of the Union Choir and as performer and
producer of her one-woman shows. The friendly over-
50s singing group meets on Tuesday mornings 10am-
noon at Tuggeranong Seniors Centre, 101 Cowlishaw

College basketball courts and the Child Care Centre).

PUPPY AND DOG TRAINING
The ACT Companion Dog Club in Symonston is holding
training classes. Socialise with your dog and other dog
owners and learn from instructors how to make your
dog more obedient. Wednesday, August 6, 10am-

PELVIC FLOOR WORKSHOP
Women of all ages are invited to attend this free
workshop presented by Health Professionals. This
workshop will provide information, education and self-
help strategies for women who are experiencing or
wishing to prevent continence problems. August 22,

MALAYA & BORNEO VETERANS DAY
A ceremony will be held to remember all members of
the Commonwealth Far East Strategic Reserve who
served and those who died in the Malayan Emergency
and the Indonesian Confrontation. August 29, 11am,
