MEMORY WALK AND JOG
The ACT branch of Alzheimer's Australia will be
holding their annual Memory Walk and Jog, the
major fundraising and awareness event for the
year. This includesa1kmwalkforfun, 5km
walk for fitness and an 8km run for

CONDER CRAFT GROUP
New members to the group are always
welcome so ladies please come along with
your sewing, knitting or those projects you

MONTHLY BLUES JAM
This month's Canberra Blues Society jam will
be hosted by Long John. The band will be

Joining a regular walking program is a simple

Walking for Pleasure conducts walks at:
